The Drink Sponsor helps ensure participants stay refreshed throughout the event. This sponsorship supports the cost of beverages provided during bowling and is a vital part of creating a fun and comfortable experience for everyone attending. As a Drink Sponsor, your support directly contributes to the overall quality and flow of the event. Each Food Sponsor and Drink Sponsor also includes one complimentary bowling lane reservation for up to six (6) bowlers, allowing sponsors to participate in the event alongside attendees.

Description

As a Drink Sponsor ($1,500), sponsors receive the following recognition and benefits:

  • Prominent banner recognition displayed at the event, acknowledging your support
  • Recognition as the official Food Sponsor or Drink Sponsor in event advertising and promotions
  • Public acknowledgement during the event
  • Association with a key participant experience (food or drinks for all bowlers)
  • One complimentary bowling lane reservation for up to 6 bowlers

This sponsorship provides both high visibility and a memorable on‑site presence while directly supporting the overall success of the event.

 

Approved Logo Usage

Sponsors will have their logo displayed as part of event recognition in the following formats:

  • On‑site banner signage prominently displayed at the event location
  • Digital recognition on the event website or check‑in display (where applicable)
  • Event acknowledgment materials, such as sponsor slides or signage during the event

Logo placement will be coordinated to ensure clear visibility while maintaining a consistent and professional event presentation.

Logo Specifications & Submission

To ensure optimal display quality, sponsors are asked to provide:

  • A high‑resolution logo file (PNG or JPG preferred)
  • Logo should be provided in full colour or single‑colour format
  • Logos must be received no later than June 1, 2026 to guarantee inclusion

Sponsors are responsible for confirming their logo is final and approved for public use.

Placement Size & Priority

  • Logo size and placement may vary depending on banner layout and number of sponsors
  • Priority placement is given to Food Sponsor and Drink Sponsor roles due to their event‑wide impact
  • All sponsor logos will be displayed in a clean, legible format that aligns with event branding standards

Use of Name in Place of Logo

If a logo is not provided by the submission deadline, sponsor recognition will default to:

  • Company or individual name text recognition in place of a logo
